Hr Internship / Officer

Qualifications: Physically and mentally healthy. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understands the basics of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Aspen HYSYS/Aspen Plus, Microsoft Visio, or other process simulation software is a plus. Experience with an internship or involvement in process engineering projects in an industrial setting is a plus. Possesses strong communication skills, is proactive, and able to work well in a team. Willing to work on the factory floor and comply with Occupational Safety and Health Domiciled in Cilegon.
